Samantha Heebner was born in Chicago and spent the majority of her life in Missouri before relocating to Central Florida seven years ago. Recently, she made the move to the Space Coast to be closer to family. With an extensive background in real estate and sales, Samantha brings experience, dedication, and a results-driven mindset to every client she serves. 

Samantha previously worked with Watson Realty Corp in Champions Gate for five years, where she specialized in both residential and commercial sales. Her aptitude for sales and tenacious attitude led to tremendous success throughout the Champions Gate and Celebration areas. She is expertly prepared to handle all aspects of the buying and selling process and stays current on market trends to provide informed, strategic guidance. Samantha seamlessly navigates challenges, ensuring her clients feel confident and supported every step of the way. 

She studied Communications at the University of Missouri in Columbia and St. Louis while serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO of a major scientific market research company. Following her passion for sales, Samantha joined MKTG as a sales representative and marketing professional, representing DIAGEO spirits including Crown Royal, Guinness, Captain Morgan, and Johnnie Walker. Recognized as a leading salesperson in her field, she was hand-selected to run the Johnnie Walker tour for three consecutive years, building strong professional relationships throughout the St. Louis community, including the Missouri Athletic Club. 

After moving to Florida, Samantha became an In-Home Estimator and Sales Manager for a moving and storage company, where her industry knowledge helped families relocate seamlessly and stress-free. During this time, she also shared her passion for martial arts by teaching adults and children self-defense—an experience that sharpened her discipline, focus, and negotiation skills. 

Today, real estate is her primary focus and true passion. As a certified relocation specialist with extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers, Samantha is committed to helping clients achieve their buying, selling, and renting goals worldwide. She strives to create a stress-free, enjoyable experience while delivering exceptional service rooted in integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
